Tobbaccon Hotel - Bensheim

This place is in a fantastic location, and the staff is super helpful and excellent! 😊.

The room was air conditioned, with smoke detectors and pleasant views. We had a comfortable bed, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was quiet and good in an industrial area, very close to Germany, industrial park and the centre of Bensheim.

Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of Bensheim, and Germany. I visited Sparky's Grill, plus it was located nearby. The food provided for breakfast was NICE.

I had a really comfortable stay here and didn't have any complaints. the hotel was quite clean and seemed brand new. the staff were friendly and excellent, making my experience even better. There was also a great selection of delicious food for meals! 😄.

The room was spacious, well air conditioned, and impeccably clean. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the location was nice and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

As for the breakfast selection, it could use a bit more variety.

I chose Tobbaccon Hotel because of its central location, as I wanted to visit Abbey and Altenmunster of Lorsch. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, such as complimentary newspapers, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. , the hotel offered an afternoon coffee break with coffee specialties, tea, sweet snacks, and fruit. The elaborate breakfast buffet from 7 am - 10 am in the lobby area was also a delightful experience. , the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and there were additional facilities like a 24-hour front desk, a terrace, and a bar for guests to enjoy.

The buffet items were running low and not replaced. Our plates weren't cleared, and the table was running out of space.

Convenient and comfortable stay at a competitive price

The hotel was always clean and tidy, making it a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was well-prepared and provided a good start to the day. We also appreciated the fact that they provided free charging for our electric car. Although the dinner options were limited, we were still satisfied with our overall experience. The only downside was the lack of English channels on the TV. Despite this, we would highly recommend Tobbaccon for a convenient and comfortable stay at a competitive price.

This hotel offers a variety of workshops and activities for guests who want to be in direct touch with nature. the surrounding area provides nice walks and there are great choices of teas for breakfast.

Silent beds, good wifi. Asked for extra wifi. Reception area is modern restaurant and bar. Okay for overnight stay. Friendly staff, large clean room with AC. Modern, bright, clean bathroom. Great lift, indoor bike storage. Far from town, onsite restaurant has good options at reasonable prices. Breakfast offers many choices. Nice hotel with candy bags on bed and green-reward cleaning system. Conveniently close to highway. Dog-friendly with nice walks. Dogs allowed at breakfast when sitting outside. Would come back and recommend.

The hotel had comfortable beds and a silent atmosphere, perfect for sleeping. the wifi was good, although limited to only two devices per room, but the reception was kind enough to provide extra wifi. the hotel has modern facilities, especially the reception area which also doubles as a restaurant and bar.

The hotel had poor management and uninterested staff. I had to go searching for staff to provide me with a drink, as they were too busy having fun in the back.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel thanks to its easy access from the highway, its ample parking lot, and thenice and neat facilities. the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It should be noted that the dinner options at the hotel can be limited and repetitive, with few options for customization.

Really big parking lot and polite staff are the only things worthy of mention. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible from public transit, with a train station nearby. The breakfast was decent, and there was free charging for electric cars.

There were many more downsides than upsides. The rooms were extremely cramped with small pillows, causing discomfort.
